Compassionate and Trauma-Informed Therapy for Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Motherhood in SF Bay Area & Online across CA

You never expected to be here.

You’re not used to this feeling—the unpredictability, the loss of control. You know this isn’t sustainable anymore and something needs to change. You’re in the right place.

I help moms who are…

Struggling to enjoy and adjust to this chapter in motherhood

Feeling like they’ve lost parts of who they used to be

Having a hard time slowing down or resting

Getting stuck in cycles of anxiety

Feeling pressure to get things “right”

Wanting to break patterns of how they were raised

Noticing their own childhood or family dynamics showing up

You don’t have to hold on to all of this alone

MEET JESSICA SIRIAS VASQUEZ, LMFT

Therapy that feels like a real conversation

One important thing to know about me is that I take the therapeutic relationship very seriously. I show up genuinely and authentically–you will see my emotions, my humor, and my humanness. I see you as the expert in your own life. My role is to be actively in it with you—as a guide, a compassionate thought partner, and someone who will help you make sense of what you’re experiencing.

I’m intentional about creating a space that feels safe, but also engaging—so our sessions aren’t just supportive, but insightful and interactive. I won’t tell you how to live your life, but I will gently challenge you when it’s helpful and support you in finding solutions that will actually work for you.

This is a space where together, we can co-create a therapy experience that truly makes sense to you. Where you can show up as you are, say the hard things out loud, and learn how to experience motherhood differently.

You’re used to doing everything on your own so you’ve probably tried to handle this the same way.

Maybe you’ve googled answers, reached out to people you trust, or tried to push it aside and hope it passes. But it’s not going away—and you’re starting to realize you might need more support than that.

I’ve also been on the other side of the therapist’s chair. After a heartbreaking infertility journey and wanting nothing more than to become a mother, I was shocked by how much my mental health struggled when I became a mom and finally held my baby in my arms. So when I tell you I get it, I mean it.

I care deeply about this work—supporting mothers as they find their footing, reconnect with themselves, and move through this season with more clarity and confidence is something I don’t take lightly. While your experience may look different from mine, I bring both lived understanding and extensive training in maternal mental health, perinatal mood disorders, and infant and early childhood development into the work we do together.

Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen and understood in our work together

Because things finally start to make more sense. They’re not constantly questioning themselves or wondering if they’re getting it wrong in the same way. They start to notice small but meaningful shifts—thinking about things differently, feeling more confident in their decisions, and being kinder to themselves in a way they couldn’t before. The constant mental noise quiets just enough for them to feel more balanced and more like themselves again.

Let’s take this next step together.
